Promoter: Indofood (“the Promoter”). Campaign: “Slurp for Huat”, a non-instant trade promotion lottery conducted at indofoodinternational.com/event/singapore2026 from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026.
1. This Campaign is a trade promotion lottery conducted by the Promoter under the class licence in the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries — Class Licence) Order 2022, made under the Gambling Control Act 2022. No separate licence application is required, and the Promoter conducts the Campaign in compliance with the conditions of that Order.
2. No separate entry fee or charge is payable for the right to participate. To enter, a Participant must make a qualifying purchase of Indomie products at their ordinary retail price from a participating retailer in Singapore in the ordinary course of trade, as described in clause 4.
3. By submitting an entry, the Participant accepts these Terms and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final, subject to clause 12.
1. The Campaign runs in three independent monthly draw periods, each opening at 00:00:00 and closing at 23:59:59 Singapore Standard Time (SGT) on the dates below.
| Draw | Opens | Closes | Draw date | Winners announced |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| October | 1 Oct 2026 | 31 Oct 2026 | 7th Nov 2026 | By 9th Nov 2026 |
| November | 1 Nov 2026 | 30 Nov 2026 | 4th Dec 2026 | By 7th Dec 2026 |
| December | 1 Dec 2026 | 31 Dec 2026 | 4th Jan 2027 | By 7th Jan 2027 |
2. Each monthly draw is a separate lottery. Entries earned in one draw period are valid for that period only and do not carry forward. There is no combined or grand draw.
3. Entries must be submitted before the close of the draw period in which the receipt is dated. A receipt dated in one draw period cannot be submitted in another.
1. The Campaign is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry: (a) are Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or holders of a valid long-term pass permitting residence in Singapore; and (b) are physically resident in Singapore and able to receive delivery of a prize at a Singapore address. There is no minimum age to enter, subject to clauses 3.2 and 3.3.
2. Participants under 18. A Participant who is under 18 years of age at the time of entry may enter, win and receive a prize in their own name. A Participant aged 13 to 17 may complete the claim requirements in clause 10.2 personally. For a Participant under 13, the parent or legal guardian who manages the account under clause 3.3 must complete the claim process and supply the Singapore delivery address, but the child remains the winner and the prize may be delivered for the child’s benefit.
3. Participants under 13. An account may be created for a Participant under 13 years of age only by a parent or legal guardian, using the guardian’s own email address and mobile number, and the guardian is treated as the account holder for all account-administration purposes under these Terms, including the one-account rule in clause 3.8 and the consents in clause 11. This reflects the Promoter’s obligations in respect of the personal data of young children. Despite the guardian-managed account, the child remains the Participant and may be named as the winner and receive a prize in accordance with clauses 3.2 and 10.
4. The video competition in clause 5 is open only to Participants aged 13 or over. A Participant must also satisfy the minimum-age and account requirements imposed by the third-party social media platform used for the submission.
5. Entry is in a personal capacity only. Entries submitted by or on behalf of a company, partnership, association, syndicate, business or other entity are void, as are entries submitted by any automated means, script, bot or agent.
6. Excluded persons. The following are not eligible to participate, and any entry by them is void:
7. The Promoter may require any Participant or prize winner to provide evidence of eligibility, including proof of age, identity, residency and relationship. A Participant who fails to provide that evidence within 7 days of a written request is disqualified and forfeits any prize.
8. One account per person. An account is identified by a verified email address, and only one account per email address may be created for the duration of the Campaign. If the Promoter reasonably determines that one person is operating multiple accounts, it may void those accounts and their entries. A parent or legal guardian may maintain one personal account and a separate account for each child under 13 for whom that parent or guardian acts under clause 3.3. Each child’s account must use a distinct verified email address controlled by the parent or legal guardian.
1. A qualifying purchase is the purchase of any Indomie-branded instant noodle product, in any flavour or pack format, from a participating retailer in Singapore, evidenced by an original itemised receipt issued by that retailer. The participating retailers are FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Giant, Cold Storage, Prime Supermarket, RedMart and Shopee (UICCP Official Store). The current list of participating retailers is published on the Campaign website and applies at the time of purchase.
2. A receipt earns one (1) entry for every complete S$3.50 (inclusive of GST) of Indomie spend on that receipt, rounded down to the nearest whole entry — for example, S$3.50 of Indomie spend earns one entry, S$7.00 earns two, and S$10.50 earns three. Spend on non-Indomie items does not count, and amounts on separate receipts are not aggregated.
3. A minimum of S$3.50 of Indomie spend on a single receipt is required to earn any entry. Receipts below that threshold earn no entry.
4. Caps. A Participant may earn a maximum of fifty (50) entries per draw period from receipt submissions. A Participant may submit a maximum of five (5) receipt images per calendar day (SGT). The video entries in clause 5.1 are additional to this cap, but since each video must be linked to one qualifying receipt (clause 5.2), they can never exceed the number of qualifying receipts the Participant has in that draw period.
5. Each receipt may be submitted once, by one Participant. A receipt already submitted by any Participant is rejected. The receipt number, retailer and date printed on the receipt are used to determine this.
6. The Promoter may require the Participant to produce the original physical receipt or digital receipt for inspection within 14 days of a written request. Failure to do so voids the entries derived from it. Participants must retain their original receipts until the relevant draw has been conducted and any prize claimed. A digital receipt refers to a paperless, electronic proof of purchase sent via email, text, mobile app, or contactless tap, and does not include a photograph or image of an original physical receipt.
7. Manual declaration. Where the Promoter’s automated verification is unavailable, the Promoter may require Participants to enter the receipt details themselves — retailer, receipt date, receipt number, and the total value of Indomie products purchased — and to upload a photograph of the receipt. Entries earned in this way are provisional. A provisional entry participates in the draw on the same footing as any other entry, but the Promoter verifies the Participant’s declaration against the uploaded photograph, and against the original receipt, before any prize is released. The Promoter also verifies a random sample of provisional entries during the Campaign period.
8. A declaration that is found to be materially inaccurate voids the entry derived from that declaration. If the Promoter reasonably determines that the inaccuracy was deliberate, fraudulent or part of a pattern of inaccurate submissions, the Promoter may also void the Participant’s other entries and disqualify the Participant under clause 8.3. Where the affected entry had been drawn as a winner, the prize is not awarded and passes to the next eligible unused reserve in accordance with clauses 9.8 and 9.9.
9. The Promoter may apply a lower maximum number of entries per draw period while manual declaration is in effect if reasonably necessary to manage verification capacity or prevent fraud. The applicable limit is published on the entry page before it takes effect, applies prospectively only, and does not reduce or invalidate entries already validly earned.
10. Receipts that are altered, reprinted, duplicated, photocopied, digitally edited, photographed from a screen, or otherwise not an original receipt for a genuine purchase made by the Participant are rejected and may result in disqualification.
1. A Participant may additionally submit a video in connection with an approved receipt. A qualifying video submission earns 1 additional entry into the lucky draw in clauses 4 and 9, on top of the entry already earned from the linked receipt.
2. One video per receipt. A video may be used for one receipt only, and a receipt may carry one video only.
3. To be considered, a video must: (a) be published publicly on TikTok or Instagram Reels from an account operated by the Participant that remains public until the relevant month’s goodie bag selection has been made; (b) run for at least ten (10) seconds; (c) show the Participant consuming Indomie, with an audible slurp; (d) show the Indomie packaging on camera; (e) contain no visible ingredient that is not halal; (f) include the hashtag #SlurpForHuat in the caption; and (g) tag @indomiesg.
4. The video must be the Participant’s own original content, created by the Participant for this Campaign. Reposted, purchased, licensed, AI-generated or third-party content does not qualify.
5. A video must not contain: content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing or threatening; identifiable third parties who have not consented; children; any visible written third-party trade mark other than Indomie; any image of or reference to playing cards, dice, roulette wheels, mahjong tiles, slot machines or any other gambling article; or any depiction of unsafe or excessive consumption.
6. Monthly Goodie Bag Contest. Each calendar month, the Promoter shall select ten (10) winning video submissions from among all qualifying video submissions that satisfy clauses 5.3 to 5.5. Winners shall be determined by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter and assessed according to the following criteria: (a) Creativity (30%); (b) Originality (30%); (c) Brand relevance and alignment with the Campaign theme (20%); and (d) Presentation quality, including clarity, engagement and execution (20%). The ten (10) highest-scoring submissions shall each receive one Indomie merchandise bundle (a “Surprise Goodie Bag”).
7. Skill-Based Competition. The Monthly Goodie Bag Contest is a skill-based promotional competition and is separate from the lucky draw described in clauses 1, 4 and 9. Winners are selected on merit according to the judging criteria in clause 5.6 and not by chance. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Where two or more submissions achieve the same final score, the submission receiving the higher Creativity score shall prevail. If a tie remains, the submission receiving the higher Originality score shall prevail.
8. A Participant may win at most one Surprise Goodie Bag per draw period. Ten (10) Surprise Goodie Bags are awarded each month and shipped to the Singapore addresses supplied by the selected Participants. Each Surprise Goodie Bag has no cash value and is not exchangeable. If an item becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
9. Licence. By submitting a video, the Participant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence for 24 months from the date of submission to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display the video and the Participant’s account handle in connection with the marketing, promotion and sale of Indomie products, in any medium, without further compensation. The Participant confirms that they hold all rights necessary to grant that licence and that all persons appearing in the video have consented. The Participant retains ownership of the video and may delete it after the Campaign, subject to the licence granted.
10. Approval of a video for the clause 5.1 entry, and judging under clauses 5.6 and 5.7, are both subject to the video meeting the requirements in clauses 5.3 to 5.5. Approval for the clause 5.1 entry is determined based on compliance with clauses 5.3 to 5.5, and judging for the Monthly Goodie Bag Contest is conducted using the criteria in clause 5.6. The Promoter is not obliged to explain a rejection or non-selection beyond identifying any requirement not met or, for a non-selection, providing the submission’s final score on request.
11. Independent Rights of Entry. Submission of a qualifying video grants eligibility for: (a) one additional lucky draw entry under clause 5.1; and (b) participation in the Monthly Goodie Bag Contest. Eligibility for either benefit does not guarantee selection, winning or receipt of a prize.
1. The lucky-draw prizes for each monthly draw are:
| Qty | Prize | Value each | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | MacBook Neo 13″ — A18 Pro chip, 8GB memory, 256GB SSD | S$999 | S$1,998 |
| 10 | S$100 Grab credit, credited to the winner’s Grab account | S$100 | S$1,000 |
The Surprise Goodie Bags described in clause 5 are prizes awarded under a separate skill-based competition and do not form part of the lucky-draw prize pool or the stated lucky-draw prize values above.
2. The same prize pool is offered in each of the three monthly draws. There is no additional or grand prize.
3. Prizes are as stated, are not transferable, and are not exchangeable for cash or any other item. The Promoter may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value where the stated prize becomes unavailable.
4. The Promoter is not the manufacturer or issuer of the prizes and gives no warranty in respect of them. Any warranty is that of the manufacturer, and the Grab credit is issued by, and subject to the terms of, Grab and its relevant licensed entity, including any terms on expiry, permitted use and non-transferability. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Grab, for the availability of the Grab platform, or for a winner’s inability to use the credit.
5. How each prize is delivered. A MacBook Neo is delivered to a single Singapore address at the Promoter’s cost. Grab credit is credited to the Grab account registered to the Singapore mobile number the winner supplies at claim, and the Promoter’s obligation is discharged when the credit is applied to that account. A winner must hold, or open, a Grab account registered to a Singapore mobile number in order to receive Grab credit; the Promoter may substitute Grab credit with another type of voucher of equal or greater value if needed, but cannot substitute cash or a bank transfer.
6. Grab credit is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable to another Grab account, and expires in accordance with Grab’s own terms. A winner who supplies a mobile number that is not registered to a Grab account, or that belongs to another person, is responsible for the consequences; the Promoter is not obliged to reverse or reissue credit applied to the account identified by the winner.
1. Personal income tax. Prizes won in a lucky draw are windfall gains and are not taxable income of the winner in Singapore. The Promoter makes no deduction or withholding from a prize in respect of Singapore income tax.
2. Any tax, duty, levy or charge that may nonetheless become payable by a winner in respect of a prize — including any liability arising outside Singapore, or arising because of the winner’s own circumstances — is the winner’s sole responsibility. The Promoter gives no tax advice, and each winner should seek their own advice if in doubt.
3. Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prize values stated in clause 6.1 are inclusive of GST where applicable. No GST is charged to a winner on receipt of a prize.
4. Each Participant bears their own costs of participating, including the cost of the qualifying purchase, mobile data, and any cost of producing a video. Such cost is not a payment to enter and none shall be reimbursed.
5. Any cost of a prize beyond delivery to a Singapore address — including insurance, registration, subscription, accessory, repair or onward shipping — is the winner’s responsibility.
1. Every submitted receipt is verified by automated means and, where the outcome is uncertain, by a human reviewer. Verification checks may include the legibility of the image, the retailer, date and receipt number, the presence and price of qualifying products, whether the receipt has already been used, and indicators that an image is not an original photograph of an original receipt.
2. The Promoter aims to decide a queued submission within 48 hours. A Participant may ask for a rejected submission to be reviewed by a person once, within 7 days of the rejection.
3. The Promoter may void entries, disqualify a Participant, close an account and withhold or recover a prize where it reasonably determines that the Participant has breached these Terms or acted in bad faith. Except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the Campaign or other Participants, the Promoter gives the Participant notice of the proposed action and a reasonable opportunity to respond before making a final decision.
4. Where a prize has already been awarded when a ground for disqualification is discovered, the Promoter may require the return of the prize or payment of its stated value. Any replacement award is made to the next eligible unused reserve in accordance with clauses 9.8 and 9.9.
5. Nothing in this clause limits the Promoter’s right to refer suspected fraud to the police or to any other authority.
1. Each valid entry is allocated a unique sequential entry number within its draw period. Winners are selected at random from all valid entry numbers in that draw period.
2. The draw is conducted after the draw period closes and after all outstanding submissions for that period have been decided, at the place and time published on the Campaign website before the relevant draw period opens, on the draw date in clause 2.1. The published place and time will not be changed after that draw period opens except where reasonably necessary for a reason permitted by clause 12.2, in which case notice of the change is published promptly on the Campaign website.
3. Selection is by a documented and publicly verifiable random process. Before each draw period closes, the Promoter publishes a cryptographic commitment to a value it holds in confidence, together with the identity of a public randomness source whose output is not published until after the draw period has closed. After the period closes, the Promoter publishes the complete list of entry numbers in hashed form, then the committed value and the randomness-source output. Winners are determined from the combination of the two, such that neither the Promoter nor any Participant is able to influence or predict the outcome. The complete list of entry numbers, the committed value, the randomness-source output and the selection record are retained as part of the Campaign records under clause 11.
4. Class-licence conditions. The Promoter takes all reasonably practicable steps to comply with the conditions applicable to the Campaign under the Class Licence Order, including the applicable advertising and information requirements, determining winners at the published place, date and time, notifying prize winners, publishing results, supervising and documenting each draw, and retaining the records required by law. The total lucky-draw prize value is S$2,998 per monthly draw and S$8,994 across the Campaign.
5. Each draw is supervised by an independent scrutineer appointed by the Promoter before the relevant draw period opens. The scrutineer must not be involved in operating the Campaign or determining eligibility, independently re-performs the selection from the published inputs, confirms that it produces the same result, and certifies that the draw was conducted in accordance with these Terms. The scrutineer’s name, organisation and professional capacity are published with the results for that draw.
6. The results of each draw are published on indofoodinternational.com/event/singapore2026 by the date in clause 2.1 and remain published for at least 30 days. Published results state the winners’ names in part-masked form and the prize won; no contact details are published.
7. A Participant may win no more than one lucky-draw prize across the whole Campaign. Where a Participant is drawn again, the entry is set aside and a further number is drawn.
8. Reserve entries. At the same time as the winners are selected, and from the same randomisation, the Promoter also selects ten (10) reserve entries in a fixed order. The reserve list is recorded and provided to the independent scrutineer at the time of the draw, and a cryptographic hash of the complete ordered list is published with the results, so that any subsequent promotion can be independently verified against it.
9. Promotion of a reserve. Where a prize is not awarded to the selected winner — because the entry is voided under clause 8, the winner is found to be ineligible under clause 3, the prize is unclaimed under clause 10.3, or the winner declines it — the prize passes to the next unused reserve entry in the published order. No further draw is conducted and no discretion is exercised in selecting the replacement. A reserve who is themselves ineligible, or who has already won a prize in the Campaign, is passed over in order on the same basis. A promoted reserve receives the specific prize that was not awarded.
10. Every voidance is recorded, with the ground relied on and the evidence for it, before a reserve is promoted, and is included in the independent scrutineer’s certification for that draw period. A prize may be withheld from a selected winner only on a ground expressly set out in these Terms.
11. If the reserve list is exhausted, the Promoter conducts a further draw for the remaining prizes using the same published and verifiable method, with a new commitment published in advance.
1. Winners are notified by email and SMS using the contact details registered on their accounts within 4 days of the draw, and their part-masked names are included in the published results. Either the email or the SMS constitutes formal notice. Each Participant is responsible for keeping their registered contact details accurate and for checking their messages, including email junk folders.
2. To claim, a winner must within 14 days of notification: confirm acceptance; provide their full name as it appears on their identity document, the last four characters of their NRIC or FIN, a contact mobile number, and — depending on the prize won — a Singapore delivery address for a MacBook Neo, or the Singapore mobile number registered to their Grab account for Grab credit; and provide any evidence of eligibility requested under clause 3.4.
3. A prize not claimed in accordance with clause 10.2 within 14 days is forfeited without compensation, and the prize passes to the next eligible unused reserve in accordance with clauses 9.8 and 9.9.
4. Prizes are delivered within 30 days of a completed claim, or as otherwise notified. Grab credit is ordinarily applied within 7 days of a completed claim.
5. By accepting a prize, a winner agrees that the Promoter may publish their part-masked name and the prize won, as required by clause 9.6. Any further publicity or promotional use of a winner’s name, likeness or statement requires the winner’s separate written consent, which is not a condition of receiving the prize.
1. The Promoter collects, uses and discloses personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and the Campaign Privacy Notice made available on the Campaign website before an account is created. The Privacy Notice forms part of these Terms. Where these Terms and the Privacy Notice differ on how personal data is handled, the Privacy Notice prevails.
2. In summary, the Promoter collects: the Participant’s email address and Singapore mobile number; receipt images and the data read from them; device, browser and network information; and, for video entrants, a social media handle, video link and Singapore delivery address. A prize winner additionally provides their full name as it appears on their identity document and the last four characters of their NRIC or FIN. The Promoter does not collect full NRIC or FIN numbers, retain copies of identity documents, or collect payment information.
3. The purposes are: administering entries, the draws and the goodie bag competition, including verification and the prevention of fraud; awarding and delivering prizes; complying with the Promoter’s record-keeping obligations for this promotion; and, only where a Participant has given separate optional consent, marketing.
4. Consent to marketing is optional and is not a condition of entry. A Participant who does not consent to marketing participates on exactly the same terms as one who does. Messages about a Participant’s own entries — sign-in links, verification outcomes, entry confirmations, prize notifications and claim reminders — are administrative and are not marketing.
5. Before sending any marketing message to a Singapore telephone number, the Promoter checks the number against the Do Not Call Registry unless it holds the Participant’s clear and unambiguous consent in written or other accessible form, and it retains the record of that consent.
6. Personal data is disclosed to service providers engaged for hosting, image storage, automated verification, email and SMS delivery, prize fulfilment and independent scrutiny of the draw, each of which processes it only on the Promoter’s instructions and under contract. Some process data outside Singapore, in which case the Promoter takes steps to ensure the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations comparable to the PDPA. Personal data is also disclosed where required or permitted by law, to a regulator, or to the police in connection with suspected fraud.
7. Retention. The Promoter retains promotion records for five (5) years where required and securely destroys or anonymises them afterwards, unless longer retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for an unresolved claim, dispute or investigation. Other personal data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days after the Campaign ends.
8. Access, correction and withdrawal. A Participant may request access to or correction of their personal data, or withdraw consent for any purpose, by writing to the Promoter’s Data Protection Officer at hello@mail.javasproduction.com. The Promoter responds to an access or correction request within 30 days or informs the Participant when it will respond. Where consent necessary to administer an entry is withdrawn, the entry can no longer be administered and is voided; records the Promoter is required to keep under clause 11.7 are retained, and the Participant is told which those are.
9. Verification of entries is partly automated. A Participant whose submission is rejected by an automated check may request review by a person once, within 7 days of the rejection, under clause 8.2. A decision to disqualify a Participant under clause 8.3 is made by a person.
10. The Participant is asked to confirm their registered mobile number each time they submit an entry. The Promoter is not responsible for a prize that cannot be awarded because a Participant supplied an inaccurate or out-of-date mobile number or email address, save that a winner may correct their contact details during the claim period in clause 10.2 on production of identity evidence.
11. A Participant who is not satisfied with how the Promoter has handled their personal data may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
1. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received for reasons outside its reasonable control, including network failure, device failure or platform outage.
2. The Promoter may suspend, vary or terminate the Campaign, or vary these Terms, where it is reasonably necessary to do so — including because of technical failure, fraud, force majeure or a change in law. Notice of any change is published at indofoodinternational.com/event/singapore2026, and no change will retrospectively remove an entry already validly earned or a prize already validly won.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for indirect and consequential loss arising from participation in the Campaign or from the use of a prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms affects a Participant’s rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.
4. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Participant and the Promoter submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
5. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of them.
6. Enquiries: hello@mail.javasproduction.com. Correspondence about a specific submission should quote the receipt reference shown in the app.
Organised by Indofood. This is a class-licensed non-instant lottery in Singapore, so an independent scrutineer certifies each draw.
